Michigan–Michigan State football rivalry

The Michigan–Michigan State football rivalry is an American School football rivalry between the University of Michigan Wolverines and Michigan State University Spartans.

Since 1953, the winner of each year’s game has received the Paul Bunyan Trophy. The teams played in 1898 and have met almost every year since 1910 (exceptions in 1943 and 1944). 44 of those first 50 games were played in Ann Arbor, but since then, U of M and MSU have played 30 home games from every other. The contest became a summit rivalry with Michigan State’s entrance into the Big Six Conference in 1950.
The teams have fulfilled 111 occasions with Michigan winning 70 games, Michigan State winning 36 games, and five games end with the score tied. Michigan dominated the show for its first half century, compiling a 33–6–3 record from 1898 to 1949. The wave shifted to Michigan State in the 1950s and 1960s, as the Spartans under head coaches Biggie Munn and Duffy Daugherty compiled a 14–4–two album from 1950 to 1969. The wave then changed back to the Wolverines since Michigan compiled a 30–8 album against the Spartans from 1970 to 2007. Since 2008, Michigan State has dominated the series with a 8–3 album.
Michigan State’s longest winning streak against Michigan is four games. Michigan’s longest winning streak from Michigan State is 14 games.

Memphis Grizzlies

It is a little wonder Memphis prevented the bottom two spots in our rankings.
Despite having lottery talent, this team could get uncomfortably close to the luxury tax next year –the last on Chandler Parsons’ onerous thing. What is worse, this group has an outgoing first-rounder hanging on its head. While the pick owed to the Boston Celtics has top-eight security this season and top-six policy the next, it is going to be unprotected in 2021 if it hasn’t already conveyed.
Who’s to say the Grizzlies will not be terrible in 2020-21?
But Memphis has at least uncovered a franchise anchor in 19-year-old Jaren Jackson Jr., who is almost solely responsible for this ranking. The toughest task in rebuilding is incorporating celebrities, however, the Grizzlies already appear to have found one. Jackson’s per-36-minute averages comprise 19.0 points, 6.5 rebounds, 1.9 blocks, 1.2 triples and 1.2 steals; that’s unprecedented creation for an NBA freshman.
It might help if Jackson had more high-ceiling talent , but possibly Memphis could make a route to a this offseason. After sending out Marc Gasol, the Grizzlies could cut the cable on the grit-and-grind age for great with a trade of Mike Conley, whose name bounced around a lot near the trade deadline.

MMA & UFC Betting In Canada

The sportsbooks have realised the potential of both UFC and MMA but what about Canada? What markets could Canadian bettors back and are there some countrywide limitations in regards to MMA and UFC betting?
Largest UFC / MMA Occasions To Bet MMA & UFC Betting in CanadaFirstly, it’s important to understand that UFC and MMA technically are the same thing and adhere to the same rules. UFC, or Ultimate Fighting Championship, is merely a branch of MMA — Mixed Martial Arts. We have seen this in other areas such as boxing and wrestling where you will find many different governing bodies involved so anyone who has followed combat sports will be quite knowledgeable about this form of formula.
UFC is based in Las Vegas and has so far encouraged over 400 occasions. UFC 1 was the inaugural contest and this was held in Denver, Colorado, way back in 1993. Multiple editions are held annually and for its fighters involved, the UFC is the pinnacle of their sport and it supplies the titles that they really want to win.
MMA & UFC Betting at CanadaBehind that the UFC events, Bellator is regarded as the 2nd biggest MMA event in the world. The very first Bellator was held in 2009 and since that time, there have been over 200 numbered events leading up to July 2018.
Like its UFC counterpart, Bellator provides multiple events every year and in 2017, there were no fewer than 22 variations between numbers 170 and 191. While there are minor MMA events held across the world throughout each calendar year, UFC and Bellator dominate the programs and the majority of gambling markets will probably be tied to each numbered edition.
Types Of MMA Bets
Anyone who has previously been involved with boxing markets will be knowledgeable about the types of markets available for MMA fights. The most apparent of them is the right result for any bout with stakes on offer to get a triumph for either fighter or a draw.
The first point to notice here is that a draw is very rare in MMA and because of this, bookmakers don’t tend to offer bets on a tied fight. Therefore, for those backing the straight result, it is a case of weighing up the qualities of both fighters and deciding who will win.

NEW JERSEY SPORTS BETTING
SPORTSBOOKS ARE NOW LEGAL IN THE STATE
Following a near decade long struggle, online sports betting has finally arrived in the country of New Jersey. States won the rights to decide their own fate concerning sports gambling on May 14, 2018, if the U.S. Supreme Court handed down a historical decision repealing PASPA, which since 1992 forbade most nations from offering legal wagering on sports.
After the decision, New Jersey acted swiftly, passing legislation within weeks which permitted qualified license holders — Atlantic City casinos and state-based racetracks — to provide sports betting. By June 2018, the initial playoff sportsbooks were up and running, followed in August by the initiation of the first NJ online sports betting site: DraftKings Sportsbook. Ever since, no less than half-a-dozen other operators have debuted their online sportsbooks, with more to come soon.
To learn more about this rapidly emerging market, including where to play, answers to common queries, and the way you can score exclusive no-deposit bonuses, free bets, and deposit games, head on down to our comprehensive New Jersey sports gambling page.

Online MMA Betting

Mixed Martial Arts used to be relatively unknown to mainstream audiences back in the early nineties and eighties, but the success of this Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) enabled this thrilling battle sport to acquire a widespread following over the past few decades. This, of course, spawned a lot of MMA opportunities.
Most high profile online sports betting sites began supplying Mixed Martial Arts gambling opportunities in the late noughties and have since then expanded their event policy by adding different federations and even some regional events. Nowadays, betting on Mixed Martial Arts is equally as straightforward as gambling on basketball or some other popular discipline.
However, much like in the example of boxing, Mixed Martial Arts fans that bet online don’t have that many kinds of wagers to pick from — actually, the markets available with most sportsbooks are confined to betting on the results of specific bouts.

NASCAR at Phoenix betting odds, props, key stats to help bettors win TicketGuardian 500

After back-to-back Team Penske wins, NASCAR heads to ISM Raceway’s one-mile flat trail in Phoenix for the fourth race of the year.

Brad Keselowski and Joey Logano are riding streaks of eight top-12 endings dating back to last season, but both motorists will take a backseat to the recent dominating performances of Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch at Phoenix.

Harvick (9/4) and Busch (7/2) have the shortest chances to win Sunday’s TicketGuardian 500 and won at the course last season. This weekend, even if Harvick were to win, he’d join an elite group, becoming just the sixth driver in series history to win 10 or more Cup Series races in a single track; linking Richard Petty, Darrell Waltrip, Jimmie Johnson, David Pearson and Dale Earnhardt.

MORE: Odds

In three of those last four Phoenix races, Busch has led 359 laps, including 117 in his triumph during last year’s playoffs — the first under the new configuration of the track.

Phoenix’s monitor is comparable to Richmond and New Hampshire and it’s no surprise both Harvick and Busch have experienced similar success at those racks. Busch has won the previous two races at Richmond and the fall race at New Hampshire of 2017. Harvick won the most-recent race at New Hampshire and has finished in the top five in five of the past six races in Richmond.

But unlike in those previous races, all drivers will use a new car installment executed by NASCAR, one different from that which we watched the last fourteen days at Atlanta and Las Vegas. This year teams may use a different-sized tapered spacer — and no aero ducts — for the first time. They will use a 750-horsepower engine at Phoenix instead of the 550-horsepower engine at Vegas. NASCAR hopes to find a car. The new package could close the gap Harvick and Busch have had on the field.

So much in two races with the marginally differing rules package of NASCAR, Ford has five consecutive period wins and has led 65 percent of their laps. Ford motorist Aric Almirola, Harvick’s teammate, will be a sleeper motorist to watch this weekend. He was third in New Hampshire’s similar layout last season, fifth at Richmond and fourth last year’s fall race at Phoenix. Almirola is 20/1 to win on Sunday and he is liked by us in a matchup with Kyle Larson in -110.
